Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Saddler-Accessories.com. We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why we're committed to making the return process as smooth as possible.

Returns

In line with your consumer rights, you may return non-bespoke goods to us within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original branded garment tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the original despatch paperwork.

For your security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend sending the goods back via Royal Mail Special Delivery (or an equivalent "signed for" delivery service) to ensure proof of delivery and insurance. Saddler Accessories cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The timing of the credit appearing on your account will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item, except in instances where the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will reimburse the cost of shipping.

Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, except in instances where the item is received damaged.
